Subject: JPN Book Review Editor

Dear Colleagues,

I write in my role as one of the two current general editors of the Journal of Professional Negligence, published by Bloomsbury.

Now into its 33rd volume, the journal is a long-standing forum for scholarly work concerning the liability, regulation and ethics of the professions, widely understood, alongside the broader law of obligations, which provides much of the doctrinal underpinning for these topics.

Our current Book Review Editor is standing down and, thus, we have an opening for an interested party. The role requires the oversight and management of the reviews process for each of the quarterly issues of the journal and comes with a modest annual book stipend from Bloomsbury, which may thus be used for anything on the Bloomsbury Professional and Hart lists.

We think the post would be a good fit for a younger scholar and, as we are particularly interested in attracting someone from the wider common law world, thought that we should approach ODG list members for suitable recommendations or volunteers.

As such, I would invite anyone interested to get in touch with me, or to pass this on to any potentially interested colleagues at your home institutions.

Do drop me a line if any further information is required.

Best wishes,

Colm
